Interview Prep
Confidence plays a vital role in making a positive impression during an interview. It helps establish trust not only with the hiring manager but also within yourself, showcasing your capability to excel in the job. Adequate preparation and practice are essential when it comes to interviews. The more examples and experiences you have at your disposal, the better equipped you’ll be to respond to questions effectively. When you confidently discuss past experiences that align with the requirements of the new position, employers will undoubtedly take notice and be drawn to your self-assurance.
Action Steps

- Create a new document in the folder for the job you are applying for, copy and paste the interview questions into the doc, and practice writing out responses and examples that you can use for the specific job you are applying to.
- Look up the company you will be interviewing with on glassdoor.com to learn more about the interview process with that specific company as well as questions they might ask you.
- Practice, practice, practice! In the mirror, on Zoom, in your google doc, and with your dog!
