It is really important to properly vet jobs to ensure that they are not scams and are not a waste of our time. We need to ensure that the company is legit, that they are paying a salary that is aligned with our goals, and that they have a great track record with other people who have worked for them before. By properly vetting out companies and opportunities before spending time going into the application process or working for them, we are able to save ourselves a lot of time and energy.
